Khabo Shipping (Delivery) Policy

At Khabo, we are committed to delivering your favorite meals fresh, hot, and on time. This Delivery Policy outlines how we handle the delivery of orders placed through our platform.


1. Service Area

  • Khabo currently operates in [insert operational city/region].

  • Orders can only be placed for delivery within the serviceable areas listed in the App.

  • If your location is outside our coverage area, the app will not allow you to place an order.


2. Delivery Timelines

  • Average delivery time is 30–60 minutes, depending on Vendor preparation, distance, traffic, and weather conditions.

  • Estimated delivery times are shown in the app during checkout but may vary.

  • Delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control (traffic, weather, vendor preparation time).


3. Delivery Process

  • Once you place an order, the Vendor begins preparing your food.

  • A Delivery Partner is assigned to pick up the order and deliver it to your specified address.

  • Customers are expected to be available at the delivery location and reachable by phone.


4. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Charges may vary based on Vendor distance, peak hours, or special conditions.

  • Any promotions, free delivery offers, or discounts will be clearly mentioned in the app.


5. Order Tracking

  • Customers can track their orders live in the Khabo app.

  • Updates will be provided on order acceptance, preparation, pickup, and delivery status.


6. Failed Deliveries

  • A delivery will be considered failed if:

    • The customer provides an incorrect/incomplete address.

    • The customer is unavailable or unresponsive upon delivery.

    • The customer refuses to accept the order without a valid reason.

  • In such cases, the order will not be eligible for a refund, and full charges will apply.


7. Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure your delivery address, contact number, and instructions are accurate.

  • Be available to receive your order at the expected time.

  • Inspect your order immediately upon delivery and report any issues to support.
